Purple Dead Nettle Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Purple Dead Nettle
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chickweed or a type of Sorrel
  • 1/2 Cups Walnuts, Almonds, or Pine Nuts
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese or Asiago Cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  • Enjoy with chips or veggies!
