Wild Medicinal Plants Home Apothecary Course – June 12, 2021
This introductory course will cover medicinal plants that can help in a wilderness survival type of situation as well as at home for minor nuisances, such as headaches, scratches, rashes, as well as major problems such as uncontrolled bleeding (although seeking medical attention in the event of an emergency if possible is always advised).
We will learn to identify medicinal plants common in Virginia then make a few medicinal remedies you can bring home to begin your own home apothecary.
Alison Meehan has studied wild medicinal plants for 15 years and uses them to improve the health of herself and her family.
