Thank you for registering for the Wild Medicinal Plants and Mushrooms Course! Do you have any health concerns I need to be aware of prior to the course? We will be walking about a mile since we have so many plants to cover! We will be meeting at my house, 12585 Kain Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059 on September 23, 2023 at 10 a.m. The class will last about 5 hours because we have some medicines that take 4 hours, so please plan accordingly. You may park across the street in the gravel parking area if our driveway is full. Please bring the following: - A notebook - A pencil/pen - A water bottle - A bagged lunch - Consider wearing long pants in case we walk in long grass to forage I will contact you by e-mail at least an hour prior to the course if there is inclement weather and we must reschedule. Class will proceed in light rain, but may be rescheduled if there is lightning. If you have any questions, please feel free to text or e-mail me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks!
