Homeschool Foraging Series

Description

Come on out, homeschool parents and kids for a hands-on, mid-week foraging lessons. We’ll harvest one plant and make something with it in each lesson . . . you can bring a lunch and hang out for a bit after to play.

You may pay through here or via cash, but please send me a message with your plan to attend. I have room for about 10 cars.

Fridays November and December Starting Nov. 10 (6 Fridays ) – 10-12 PM

Week 1 (Fri. Nov. 10): Foraging Dandelion Root

Week 2 (Fri. Nov. 17): Foraging Yellow Dock and Sheep Sorrel

Week 3 (Fri. Nov. 24): OFF for Thanksgiving!

Week 4 (Friday Dec. 1): Foraging Chickweed and Making Pesto

Week 5 (Friday Dec. 8): Foraging Bittercress

Week 6 (Friday Dec. 15): Foraging Yellow Wood Sorrel

Week 7 (Friday Dec. 22): Foraging Plantain for Salve

Cost: $70 per child (ages 2 and under, free; families with 3 kids or more, $25 per class ($150 Total)
